  1. Didn’t have alot of time today before going to work.

    Shoulder Press: 140, 145, 150, 155, 155
    Muscle-ups: 3 per min for 3 minutes
    Stamina: 3 rounds + 10 RD + 4m HS walk (scaled the HS walk down to 10m)

    Shoulder Press: 140, 145, 150, 155, 160
    Muscle-ups: Alternating 3/1 reps on the minute for 11 mins. Total reps=23
    Stamina: 4 rounds (scaled the HS Walk down to 10m)

  3. Shoulder Press: 105, 110, 115, 125, 130
    Muscle-ups: Alternating 1-2 reps on the minute total 17 reps
    Stamina: 3 rounds +28 seconds handstand hold subbed single unders for double unders

  4. Ranks, you forgot to mention that you also got your FIRST MUSCLE-UP! And it was strict…who needs a stinkin’ kip anyways?!

    I still can’t believe that we didn’t have our phones with us to catch it on video!!! :-/
