    Handstand Pushups – 3 per min (30 total)
    Stamina – 11:04 (Used 135 lbs on the Thrusters and did 5 reps instead of 10 per round)

  2. Shoulder press: 105,115, 125, 135,140

    Handstand Push ups – 3 per min for 10 min

    WOD: 8:33// scaled: 5x progression muscle ups
    75lb thrusters
