    “Technique”:
    Stupid Jump Roping: 92 singles, 8 double unders, # penalties: A lot

    Stamina:
    AMRAP(scaled): 5 rounds + 9, 95lb front squat, 53lb KB

  2. Back Squat- 205, 215, 225, 235,255

    Double Unders- 35 doubles, 65 singles w/ 11 penalty burpee in 10:20

    Stamina- 6 sets with 5 front squats 95lb front squat 53lb KB

  3. Back Squat: 135, 155, 165, 175, 185

    Double Unders: 34 doubles w/ 15+ burpee penalty.

    Stamina: (AMRAP) 5 rounds + 4, 7 front squats(65lb) w/ 14 KB (35lb).
